NOTD: Models Own 'Lilac Dream'

Morning Girls! Just a quick post today - I bought this nail polish with a 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' offer on in Boots at the moment across all Models Own products.

My nails have been breaking a bit recently, hence the bad quality of the nail itself! Also, not a gross substance in the middle of my hand, tis a freckle!

I'm so pleased with this polish. It's the perfect summery pastel lilac colour, is flattering. It's lasted well throughout the 24 hours it's been on - the hole shaped mark shown in the picture is due to me bashing it on the zip of my chinos before it was dry, so my fault - but since it has chipped on one nail. It's probably to be expected though, as I have been pretty rushed today!

This applied like a dream - I really love the brush for some reason, it seems thinner and seems to apply the polish more evenly. It also dried quickly - big thumbs up! I applied two coats (the second one was rather thin) to achieve this 'look'.

Overall I love this polish and am looking forward to wearing it through the summer.
